Parent/Teacher Conferencer (PTC) was designed with elementary schools in mind. Several times a year schools hold parent-teacher conferences. The scheduling of these conferences can be a nightmare. PTC's advanced scheduling engine creates optimal schedules for both families and teachers.
PTC is extremely fast -- schools of over 400 students have been completely scheduled in only seconds. PTC allows you to dictate all the important pieces necessary for creating schedules; dates, times, length of the schedules, teacher break periods, as well as teacher and parent meeting time restrictions.
After the schedule is prepared, PTC prints teacher schedules, merged form letters for parents, as well as mailing labels. You can choose to print just one letter or label for each family or one per student.
