Release Notes - Jan. 14, 2005

The PGFixDropped tool is a simple 4D application that adjusts the incorrect student records. It does nothing else. Run PGFixDropped at your own risk, no guarantees are given.

To use PGFixDropped:

1. Decompress the .sit (Mac OSX) or .zip (WINPC) file.
2. Locate the PG data file.
3. Drop the data file on the PGFixDropped app.
4. It fixes the problems and informs you of how many records were adjusted.
5. Click OK and the app will quit.
6. Use the data file as normal.

Things you should know.

Don't run the app if the term beginning date for the enrollment has not passed, the server will set the records back to the incorrect setting until the term has started. If you run the app and no incorrect records are found the app will inform you that no records are found.
